ABOUT FAIRWATER COATINGS
Action out of necessity
Fairwater Coatings was started out of necessity. We were working on a vehicle restoration project we wanted some of the parts powder coated on. During our search for a reputable powder coating service, we found that there weren't any in our area, and the few that were reasonably close had a less than ideal turnover rate for the small number of parts we needed finished. We decided that it would be quicker to build a 4’x4’x6’ curing oven and take on the job ourselves. We made a few posts on social media showing our work, not necessarily for business, just did it to share what we were up to in the shop. It wasn’t long before people were contacting us to service some projects for them, and we decided that this would be a great service to continue for our community and region. We are expanding into a larger facility in August, with larger ovens, so we can better serve all our customers’ needs.
